Job Summary
Outpatient Internal Medicine position in Addison, IL seeking a physician to provide comprehensive adult medical care within a physician-led primary care group. Responsibilities include interviewing/examining patients, treating medical conditions, educating patients on wellness and prevention, coordinating referrals, determining urgency of follow-ups, prescribing treatments, ordering studies, documenting in the EMR, supervising mid-level staff, participating in quality improvement and teaching sessions. Requires Illinois medical license (or license pending) and board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine.
Required Qualifications
