Outpatient Internal Medicine position in a physician-led primary care group in the Western Suburbs of Chicago (Addison, IL). Full-time role with 36 patient-care hours and 4 administrative hours, EPIC EMR, and a call schedule split evenly among physicians. Responsibilities include interviewing and treating patients, preventive care education, coordinating referrals, managing follow-up urgencies, documenting in the medical record, participating in quality programs, supervising mid-level staff, and collaborating with the Medical Director and staff. Requires Illinois medical license or license pending and board-certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine; offers comprehensive benefits and a 2-year salary guarantee within a compensation range of $220,000–$366,000.
