Job Summary
Internal Medicine Physician needed for outpatient, full-time practice in the Western Suburbs of Chicago (Addison, IL).Join a physician-led primary care group that collaborates with advanced practice providers. Responsibilities include interviewing and examining patients, ordering studies, developing treatment plans, coordinating referrals, educating patients on wellness and prevention, maintaining medical records, participating in quality improvement, and teaching residents/students. Requires an Illinois medical license (or license pending) and board certification/eligibility by ABFM. Benefits include malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 401(k)/457(b) retirement plans, CME reimbursement, and paid time off. EMR: EPIC; call is split evenly; compensation range $220,000–$366,000 with a 2-year salary guarantee; outpatient focus with a mix of patient care and administrative hours.
Required Qualifications
- Illinois Medical License or License Pending
- Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine (or equivalent)
- Internal Medicine residency completion
