Internal Medicine Physician

Internal Medicine Physician needed to join Kennedy Community Health Center's clinical practice team in Massachusetts. Lead care for a diverse panel of adult patients within the PCMH model, manage chronic diseases and acute conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mental health, pharmacy, MAT, reproductive health, dental, and optometry. Responsibilities include diagnosing, prescribing, interpreting tests, providing preventive care, performing procedures within reproductive health (IUD/Nexplanon insertions/removals, cervical examinations, prenatal care when appropriate), coordinating consultations, maintaining accurate EHR documentation within 48 hours, and participating in rotating after-hours/weekend call. The role supports hybrid work with a portion of time that can be completed remotely and requires board certification in Internal Medicine and completion of an Internal Medicine residency.
