Job Summary
Internal Medicine Physician opportunity in Delray Beach area. Employed physician role with potential buy-in later. Manage a substantial patient load with 4-6 patients per day in hospital and 18-22 per day in office. Practice is well-established in a 5-person group with strong marketing, in-house lab, and opportunities for in-house moonlighting. Base salary around $180k with incentive plan; comprehensive benefits including 401k with 3% match, FL Blue, and dental. Shared call schedule (approximately 1:4 or 1:5). Located near Palm Beach & Boca Raton, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD/DO)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Florida
- Experience in outpatient internal medicine and hospital-based care preferred
