Internal Medicine Physician for outpatient primary care in Orlando or Jacksonville, FL. Focused on value-based care, with smaller panels and fewer patient visits, four well visits annually, proactive outreach, same-day urgent appointments, and transitional care management. Role emphasizes Medicare Advantage populations, 12-15 patients per day, state-of-the-art facilities, teamwork, and delivering 5-STAR patient care with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation support. Must have M.D. or D.O., Florida license, DEA, CPR certifications, EMR proficiency, ICD-10 and STAR measure knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- Florida Medical License
- DEA License
- Up-to-date CPR Certification (BLS, ACLS, and PALS)
- Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Knowledge of ICD-10 Coding and STAR measures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational and task prioritization skills
- Computer literacy (G-Suite and databases)
