Internal Medicine physician needed for 100% outpatient practice in Northwest Indiana. Board Eligible/Board Certified physician to join a hospital-employed team with broad subspecialty support and physician-led governance. Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- MD/DO or equivalent medical degree
- Medical license in Indiana or ability to obtain Indiana license
