Job Summary
Outpatient Primary Care opportunity in Central Kentucky. Join a well-established single-specialty practice as a current provider retires. Outpatient only with no call and office hours 8-5. Responsibilities include prevention and management of adult medical illnesses, health screenings, immunizations, physical examinations, diabetes management, and cardiovascular health. Patient volume ~17-20 patients per day. Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine. Benefits include malpractice/tail coverage, CME, vacation, sick leave, holidays, $20K sign-on bonus, medical and life insurance, and more. Location in Central Kentucky with proximity to Louisville/Lexington and Nashville, TN.
