Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients aged 18 to 85, managing acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Perform clinical procedures including skin care, joint injections, hormone implants, and Botox, with the option to offer additional services such as vasectomies or addiction medicine. Provide face-to-face and tele-health consultations across multiple Colorado locations. Work full-time with minimal on-call requirements and no hospital or obstetrical care. Requires an unrestricted Colorado medical license and DEA registration.
