Internal Medicine Physician

Conduct outpatient internal medicine care within a team-based environment of 20 providers. Manage light call rotation consisting of 1–2 weeknights monthly plus quarterly weekends, with an optional 6-week annual hospitalist coverage period. Participate in teaching opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency. This role offers a guaranteed compensation floor of $328,000 for two years, including a $100,000 retention bonus after four years.
