Job Summary
Conduct outpatient internal medicine or family medicine care within a fully integrated, multispecialty team supported by cutting-edge technology and care coordination. Manage patient visits with optional intermittent hospitalist shifts as needed. Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care delivery. This opportunity includes immediate leadership and precepting roles for board-certified or board-eligible physicians. The position offers a competitive base salary up to $320,000 plus performance incentives and relocation assistance. Located in Antioch, the role provides access to San Francisco and Oakland amenities while maintaining a relaxed pace.
Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California
