Job Summary
Provide daily rounding within a structured 7-on/7-off schedule, typically completing responsibilities in 5–6 hours per day. Maintain a strong clinical judgment and patient-focused care approach while utilizing excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ensure all duties are performed with prior inpatient hospitalist experience, board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine, and a current Washington medical license. This inpatient-focused role offers competitive compensation and is situated in a western Washington area featuring abundant recreation, waterfront activities, and diverse housing options.
Required Qualifications
- Prior inpatient hospitalist experience
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Current and clear Washington medical license or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment and patient‐focused care approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
