Job Summary
Field-based Primary Care Health & Science System Specialist (HSSS) responsible for driving sales performance through in-person and digital engagement within assigned primary care accounts. Delivers approved promotional and disease-state education, builds compliant relationships with healthcare providers and care teams, and collaborates across cross-functional partners to address customer needs and reduce access barriers. Utilizes product, disease-state, and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and plan territory activities, including travel across the territory as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing
- Driver’s Licensing Requirement: Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
