Job Summary
Field-based Pfizer Primary Care sales role focusing on Internal Medicine and health-system engagement. Drives performance of the Primary Care portfolio through compliant, strategic customer engagement with assigned accounts, delivering approved promotional and disease-state education, and partnering to address access and care pathway needs. Combines in-person and digital engagements to plan and execute territory activities, develop and execute account plans, and leverage product and disease-state knowledge to support appropriate product use. Requires strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate within a matrix environment; travel within the territory and to accounts/office locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or aligned healthcare provider experience.
- Driver’s Licensing Requirement: Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards; DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within past 7 years will disqualify.
