Job Summary
Internal Medicine Health & Science System Specialist (HSSS) field-based sales role within Pfizer’s Primary Care portfolio. Responsible for driving performance through compliant, strategic customer engagement across assigned primary care accounts, delivering approved promotional and disease-state education, and partnering to address patient access and care pathways. Combines in-person and digital engagement with strong product/disease-state knowledge, and uses planning and territory management to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support cross-functional objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales OR marketing
- Driver’s Licensing Requirement: Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
- Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within territory and remote work arrangements as required
