Job Summary
Role is a field-based Primary Care Sales position (Health & Science System Specialist) targeting internal medicine and related clinical accounts. Responsibilities include driving in-person and digital engagement, delivering approved promotional and disease-state education, developing and executing territory/account plans, building compliant relationships with healthcare providers and care teams, leveraging product and disease-state knowledge to identify opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional partners to address customer needs, and using digital tools to optimize territory activities. Requires strong business acumen, knowledge of disease states and products, and the ability to operate within a matrix environment to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following: Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; aligned therapeutic healthcare provider experience
- Driver’s Licensing Requirement: Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards. Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired.
