Internal Labor Law Associate (Internship)

Conduct research and support the development of solutions to align internal processes with labor law requirements across different business units. Review employment contract structures and contents to ensure alignment with evolving business roles and organizational needs. Support the planning and implementation of labor law upskilling initiatives for management teams. Report directly to the Internal Labor Law Consultant. This internship offers hands-on experience applying labor law within an EdTech company operating across 14 business units. Available to work 2–3 days per week with a hybrid arrangement between the MBK office and remote work.
