Job Summary
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to internal users, installing and configuring Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manage Microsoft 365 users, licenses, mailboxes, and groups while administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues, then monitor and resolve incidents through the ticketing system. Maintain IT asset inventory, support endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, and assist with procurement and onboarding processes. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, and Cybersecurity teams on internal IT projects while creating technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an Internal IT Support, IT Support Engineer or Desktop Support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management solutions
- Experience with device imaging and deployment
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with ticketing systems such as OTRS, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or similar
- Experience managing IT assets and hardware inventory
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in both Greek and English
