LifeTree is seeking an Internal IT Specialist (All-Rounder) to manage daily IT inquiries and issues, oversee networking platforms, troubleshoot systems, and ensure network security. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a network or systems administrator
- Database knowledge is a big plus
- Experience in server install and management
- Troubleshooting Microsoft Office/Office 365 issues
- Knowledge of networking and general office IT
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing general office IT systems
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
