Job Summary
Clinical Informatics Analysts will support WHCA's HIS implementation with responsibilities including current-state and future-state workflow analysis, validation of order sets and clinical workflows, data mapping and validation, system and user acceptance testing, development of training materials, and end-user go-live support. The roles involve collaboration with clinical teams and project stakeholders to ensure workflows align with practice, and may provide coverage for informatics-related activities. Knowledge of WHCA’s clinical information systems (e.g., Meditech) and experience in workflow optimization, digital health tools, and informatics development are desirable. Travel to Greenland? (Note: travel may be required to WHCA sites) and hours vary with project phase.
Required Qualifications
- Regulated health professional or equivalent clinical experience
- Strong understanding of hospital workflows
- Interest in clinical informatics, digital transformation, or clinical systems
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
