Job Summary
Internal Integrations Associate role supporting the Internal Integration team to ensure progress and communications stay synchronized across departments. Responsibilities include learning project details quickly, supporting cross-functional stakeholders and advisors, ensuring deadlines are met, working with Asana to track progress and coordinate across the business, identifying potential issues early, and adapting to evolving tasks. Requires collaboration with team members to develop, maintain, and refine tools (e.g., Asana) and to keep initiatives aligned. Growth-oriented, service-oriented, execution-focused, detail-minded, and able to travel up to 25%. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years in a client-facing project management or integrations role; experience in the financial services industry preferred; CRM and other financial services technology knowledge preferred; base salary up to $75,000 plus discretionary bonus; in-office Monday-Thursday with work-from-home on Fridays; Chicago-based with opportunities for professional growth and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role in either project management or integrations management
- RIA or financial services industry experience preferred
- Experience building or maintaining project plans preferred
- CRM, client reporting, custodian, and any other typical financial services technology knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
