Job Summary
Execute internal communication plans aligned with business priorities by identifying gaps, maintaining consistent messaging standards, and managing channels including intranet, email, and digital signage. Create engaging written and multimedia content, draft leadership communications, and coordinate messaging across teams while supporting crisis planning. Partner with HR, Operations, and IT to build relationships across branches and track performance metrics to continuously improve engagement efforts. Candidates must live locally in Memphis, TN, or relocate, with some travel to branch locations required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8+ years in internal communications or a related field
- Must live locally or be willing to relocate to Memphis, TN
- Must be available for some travel to branch locations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-location or distributed teams
- Experience managing communication channels and/or media platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting leadership communications
