Job Summary
Create engaging internal communications, newsletters, and executive messaging across varied audiences and tones. Develop change management communication plans and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize workflows, enhance content creation, and drive innovative employee engagement. Draft and disseminate information through appropriate channels while collaborating with graphic designers on cross-company initiatives. Work closely with senior leaders to define strategic communications and organizational announcements. Maintain high editorial standards and storytelling expertise to ensure accurate, compelling content reaches employees globally.
Required Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Relevant education
- 3-5 years' experience
- Experience in a global, hi-tech company
- Proven ability to create and execute communications plans across a complex matrix and work with multiple stakeholders
- Effective interpersonal, management and communication skills
- Ability to write and present clear and concise professional communications with varied messaging and tones, adapted to target audiences in different geographies
- Experience using AI-powered tools to support content creation, editing, research, communications planning, and workflow optimization
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work at pace and meet timelines
- Strong conceptual abilities
- Outstanding storytelling and creative writing skills
- Excellent editorial judgment
- Solid understanding of digital communication channels, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled communications practices
- 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week
