Job Summary
Internal Communications Specialist to join the global Communications and Brand team, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and leading internal communications for Israel sites. Partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams (HR, Engineering, Global Workplace Services, IT) to deliver clear, timely and engaging communications that inform, connect, and inspire employees. Responsibilities include creating and executing global cross-company programs, overseeing regional internal communications (Israel), developing creative campaigns and written content, advising on effective communication strategies, maintaining internal channels for consistency and reach, translating complex topics into audience-relevant messages, contributing to strategic direction and tactical delivery of company-wide events, and supporting communications for special projects and organizational changes. Requirements include 5+ years in communications, native-level English and strong Hebrew, AP Style expertise, project leadership, and the ability to influence across levels. Must have BS/BA in communications or related field; Master’s degree with 2+ years or Bachelor’s with 5+ years of work experience; demonstrated written and spoken proficiency in English and Hebrew.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in communications, preferably internal/employee communications
- Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong Hebrew proficiency, both written and spoken
- Strong writing ability with AP Style and editing accuracy
- BS/BA degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field
- Master's degree with work experience of 2+ years or bachelor’s degree with work experience of 5+ years
- Ability to lead projects and simplify complex topics for internal audiences
- Comfort engaging with senior executives
- Strong ability to influence and inspire others across levels and functions
