Job Summary
Internal Communications Manager to strengthen how information, decisions, and leadership intent flow across Emma. You’ll report to the Head of Culture and partner with C-level leaders to translate strategic intent into clear, cascaded communication. You’ll manage Emma’s internal communications across multiple offices, ensuring accurate messaging and a structured approach, including ownership of initiatives like Emma’s Global All Hands and the people survey from design through results communication. The role requires 4+ years in a scale‐up, international environment with proven C‐level collaboration, a systems mindset, and exceptional English communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a scale-up, international environment with structured communication or information management
- Proven track record of working directly with C-level stakeholders, drafting on their behalf, managing their messaging
- Ability to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and turn insights into clear, actionable steps
- Systems thinking mindset; focus on structure and process in addition to messaging
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
