Job Summary
Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives. Support major company announcements, product launches, integration milestones, with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materials including talking points, emails, newsletters, press releases, and presentation materials. Project manage communications initiatives and requests, including creating project briefs, establishing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are properly reviewed. Help maintain consistent voice and tone across all communications on behalf of senior executives. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information and translate complex ideas into clear, digestible language. Enable people leaders with tools and guidance to effectively communicate with their teams. Support live and virtual team meetings with speaker notes, scripts, or other supporting materials as needed. Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance internal communications workflows, content development, personalization, and efficiency. Contribute to the development of engaging content across multiple social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field.
