Job Summary
Internal Communications Manager, Channels & Operations to own and manage internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, digital signage, and other employee-facing platforms), support executive communications for Digital Technology leadership, and develop channel strategies to improve reach and engagement. Responsibilities include maintaining content calendars, governance, and editorial standards; partnering with internal communicators and leaders to ensure timely, accurate content; using analytics to evaluate channel performance; and evolving the internal communications infrastructure (including Staffbase). The role focuses on communicating with hourly and frontline employees in a remote-enabled US setting, requiring strong editorial judgment, ability to organize complex workflows across multiple channels, and experience with employee communications across distributed workforces.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, channel management, digital communications, or related field
- Experience supporting executive communications and/or technology organizations preferred
- Experience with Staffbase or similar internal communications platforms strongly preferred
- Strong editorial judgment and content management skills
- Ability to organize complex workflows and maintain consistency across multiple channels
- Experience communicating to hourly, frontline, or distributed workforces strongly preferred
