Job Summary
Manage enterprise internal communication channels by maintaining high editorial standards, creating content for intranets, newsletters, and digital signage, and utilizing CMS tools for publishing. Coordinate with marketing, IT, and vendor teams to uphold brand guidelines, audit workflows, and refine protocols while advising business partners on optimal channel usage. Leverage subject matter expertise as a knowledge manager to facilitate documentation, support cross-training, and champion AI transformation by testing new tools and implementing agents. Contribute data insights to refine approaches and foster continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback. Maintain hybrid work arrangements with three days in the office, based in New York, Boston, or other tristate hubs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or Journalism
- 3-6 years of experience in internal communications
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Experience managing internal channels, such as intranets, digital signage, and email newsletters and/or campaigns
- Working conditions Hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days in the office each week
- This role can be based in our New York, NY, or Boston, MA, office
- Options for assignment to another tristate hub office — Holmdel, NJ, or Stamford, CT —may be considered for highly qualified candidates

Desired Qualifications
- proficiency with key tools preferred ― SharePoint, Viva Engage, Power platform, and/or internal communications measurement platforms such as SWOOP Analytics and tyGraph
- Consulting experience in a management consulting firm environment preferred
