Job Summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy, including a 30–90 day editorial calendar, to align a 1,500-person global workforce with executive vision and business goals. Ghost-write strategic memos, all-staff announcements, and video scripts for the C-suite while building a manager cascade toolkit to ensure consistent messaging across departments. Lead end-to-end production of interactive all-hands events and audit existing channels to reduce noise and improve information accessibility. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and People teams to integrate communications with broader business priorities, leveraging AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency. Over six months, deliver documented playbooks, governance guidelines, and handoff templates that establish a scalable infrastructure for future hires.
Required Qualifications
- PE-backed experience
- 6+ years leading internal or corporate communications in a global tech or software environment
- 1,000+ employees preferred
- Deep experience advising and writing for C-suite leaders
- Proven ability to work across Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and People teams
- Hands-on experience producing virtual and hybrid all-hands events at scale
- High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural awareness
- Fluent in modern workplace tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, intranet CMS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or equivalent experience
