Job Summary
Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities and business objectives. Support major announcements, product launches, and integration milestones with communication plans, talking points, and presentation materials. Project manage initiatives by creating briefs, establishing timelines, and ensuring proper review of deliverables. Maintain consistent voice and tone across all communications on behalf of senior executives while partnering with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas. Enable people leaders with tools for effective team communication and support live and virtual meetings with speaker notes and scripts. Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows and efficiency. Contribute to engaging content across multiple social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field
- Strong attention to detail and an editorial eye for all written copy
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
- Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required
