Job Summary
Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies aligned with organizational priorities, culture, and values. Own the communications calendar, coordinate cross-functional messaging, and manage channels including email, intranet, digital platforms, video, and newsletters. Serve as a strategic advisor to executives, translating complex business and people priorities into clear, compelling content for employees and leaders. Lead key employee experience programs, including the volunteer program, annual events, service awards, and recognition initiatives. Partner closely with the People team to communicate talent, performance, learning, and engagement initiatives. Evaluate communication effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously improve the employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in internal communications, employee communications, corporate communications, employee experience, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to write for a variety of audiences and communication channels
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication strategies
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing employee events, recognition programs, volunteer programs, or other employee experiences
- Strong digital and technology skills
- Experience with intranet, employee communication platforms, collaboration tools, video, digital content, and other communication technologies
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to understand complex organizational issues and translate them into clear employee communications

- Experience working with HR/People teams and communicating People programs and initiatives
