Job Summary
Drive the execution of comprehensive strategic communications and change plans while acting as an in-house consultant to internal clients on messaging, budgeting, and effectiveness. Manage the oversight of AI agents for routine communications and develop business-specific tactics aligned with organizational priorities. Create, edit, and design diverse internal assets including newsletters, videos, and podcasts, ensuring inclusive representation and seamless distribution across digital and traditional platforms. Maintain the enterprise editorial calendar, track progress against goals, and support internal meetings and community relations activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, organizational change, marketing, or related field
- Equivalent years of experience (one year of applicable professional experience for each year of college requested)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or digital marketing
- Proven experience or a strong aptitude for working with Generative AI (LLMs) and workflow automation tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Jasper, Zapier, or proprietary AI agents)
- Proficiency in AI-assisted copywriting, AI-assisted content creation, and channel management
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of communications tools like Mailchimp, Google Templates, ContactMonkey, Workshop, Poppulo and strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data analysis / manipulation to support distribution lists
- Portfolio of successful communications campaigns (e.g. newsletters, social media posts, podcasts, SMS strategy)
- Near-range visual acuity for detailed tasks and ability to perform activities with precision such as analyzing data, viewing computer screens or reading extensively
- Ability to move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
- Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones
- Performing repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and fingers, such as typing, picking, and pinching
- Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume
- Receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction
- Make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment
