Job Summary
Manage the organization's SharePoint intranet by monitoring content for consistency, usability, and compliance while designing, developing, and maintaining sites, pages, and document libraries. Publish internal announcements, policies, procedures, and newsletters, and create engaging training videos, instructional modules, and digital PDFs for the EMR system to support clinical workflows. Organize digital content libraries to ensure accuracy and ease of navigation, collaborate with Operations, Clinical, IT, and HR leadership on training initiatives, and troubleshoot document-related issues before escalating to third-party IT partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
- One to two years of experience in internal communications, learning and development, instructional design, SharePoint administration, or related experience
- Demonstrated experience developing training materials, instructional content, or educational resources
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar content development software
- Experience creating digital learning materials, training videos, presentations, and visual communications
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with pristine attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across multifunctional teams
