Job Summary
Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC serves as the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy, guiding them through admissions with empathy, handling day-to-day administrative tasks, document management, and communication with referral sources. You will support inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families, become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC assists children, assist with marketing and admissions tasks for Operations leadership, and embody core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) while growing into leadership opportunities within a multi-state ABA provider. The role requires 1-2 years of administrative or customer-service experience, a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred), and a genuine passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
