INTERNAL Clinic Admissions Associate

Clinic Admissions Associate who serves as the first point of connection for families beginning their ABA therapy journey. Manages day-to-day administrative functions (document management, coordination of internal and external communications with referral sources), provides excellent inbound caller support, and develops subject-matter knowledge about autism to help families understand how ABC supports children. Supports admissions and marketing tasks to assist operations leadership, embodies core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun), and fosters a caring, team-oriented culture. Requires 1-2 years of administrative/customer-service experience and a positive, leadership-ready attitude. High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
