Job Summary
Be the first connection for families entering ABA therapy at ABC. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, document management, and communications with referral sources; handle inbound calls from prospective and current clients; develop subject-matter knowledge of autism to explain how ABC helps children and families; support marketing and admissions to assist operations leadership; embody our values and serve as a cultural role model while driving a supportive, compassionate experience for families.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
- A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families!
