Job Summary
Be the first connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. You will handle day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics, manage document and information flow, and maintain external and internal communications with referral sources. Develop subject-matter expertise on autism to help families understand how ABC supports children and their families. Support inbound calls from prospective and current clients, assist with marketing and admissions tasks to back up operations leadership, and model our core values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun. Bring 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience, and a passion for services that benefit children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
