Job Summary
Clinic Admissions Associate responsible for day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, document management, and handling internal and external communications with referral sources. Provide inbound call support from prospective and current clients/families, become a subject matter expert on autism to help families understand how ABC assists their children, and perform marketing and admissions tasks to support operations leadership. Role emphasizes empathy, team culture, and leadership development within ABC’s ABA clinics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations or related areas
- A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
