Job Summary
Create communications and adoption plans for analytics releases to drive user trust and application in day-to-day decision making. Identify user groups, stakeholder impacts, and adoption risks while developing launch materials, user guidance, and training content. Run demonstrations, enablement sessions, and feedback loops to support migration from manual reporting to dashboard-led decisions. Track usage, satisfaction, and behavioural adoption metrics to ensure sustained behaviour change across the business.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in change management or organisational development/transformation
- Strong experience in change planning and resistance management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Clear communications and storytelling for non‐technical audiences
- Ability to design and deliver user training and enablement
- Data literacy and understanding of analytics product use cases
- Experience defining and tracking adoption and success metrics
- User enablement focus and practical coaching skills
