Job Summary
Lead intake of demand and define business problems, objectives, and measures of success. Facilitate workshops to identify users, key performance indicators, and success measures. Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain the product backlog and define minimum viable product scope versus future enhancements. Coordinate user acceptance testing and confirm business acceptance. Capture stakeholder feedback and convert learnings into future iterations. Work closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business value. Define minimum viable product scope, detailed requirements, and user acceptance criteria to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis, analytics delivery, consulting, process improvement or product ownership
- Strong experience in requirements analysis and translating business needs into user stories
- Ability to design key performance indicators and focus on measurable benefits
- Product ownership mindset with experience of iterative delivery
- Excellent stakeholder facilitation and workshop design skills
- Experience in process mapping and producing clear documentation
- Data literacy and experience supporting analytics delivery
- Experience coordinating user acceptance testing and managing acceptance criteria
