Job Summary

Internal Channel Enablement Lead responsible for optimizing Verkada's internal GTM teams through the partner ecosystem. Design and lead the internal Partner Playbook and end-to-end onboarding for Channel Sales Managers, drive productivity improvements, and create assets (playbooks, guides, cheat sheets) to streamline CSM workflows. Act as the primary internal authority on partner program rules, tiering, and incentives; align Sales, SEs, and Marketing; enable co-sell with clear Rules of Engagement; oversee New Product Introductions for the channel and manage change communications. Build training programs and run regular internal clinics/workshops to keep the GTM team sharp, while tracking time-to-ramp and quota attainment. Requirements include 5+ years in internal sales enablement or related roles, strong communication, cross-functional influence, and the ability to develop long-term enablement roadmaps, with sponsorship for employment visas explicitly noted.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Internal Sales Enablement, Channel Operations, or Sales Training
  • Experience supporting an internal channel team (preferred)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to design enablement roadmaps and develop training content
  • Experience with onboarding programs and performance coaching
  • Ability to translate partner program rules into actionable guidance
