Job Summary
Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through delivery and post-launch measurement. Design features into customer-validated, build-ready specifications and translate clinical and stakeholder input into acceptance criteria. Run user research and synthesize data into actionable decisions while collaborating daily with engineering as an embedded partner. Leverage AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, and drafting specs and release materials to compress idea-to-validation cycles. Maintain high-level product knowledge and ensure releases achieve defined success metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or combination of equivalent years of experience
- 3–5 years of product experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a feature or product area
- Current, hands-on use of AI tools within a product workflow, with a work sample to show (prototype, spec, or research synthesis)
- Demonstrated ability to define and evaluate product success metrics post-launch
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in a remote/virtual setting
- Strong written communication skills, with a track record of clear product documentation
- Experience in healthcare software, including familiarity with HIPAA and EMR/EHR integration concepts
- Experience building or testing customer engagement or clinical workflow platforms
- Must reside and work exclusively within the contiguous United States
- Must legally be eligible to work in the United States
- May require limited travel based on the needs of the business
