Job Summary
Internal Business Development Specialist (50%) at GETEC in Muttenz, Switzerland. Responsible for CRM data management and reporting, coordinating BD processes with ISO standards, maintaining presentation templates, supporting marketing activities and event logistics, managing trade-show budgets with the Head of BD, travel and expense management, and coordinating with authorities and potential leads for early or additional settlements. Contributes to MarCom by evolving the Value Proposition, manages social-media scheduling, supports lead generation before 1–2 relevant trade shows per year, and identifies match-making leads to support the BD team. Requirements include a Bachelor or Master in economics/marketing/communications and 4–10 years of experience in the chemical/pharma industry, strong German and English (C1), proactive entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability in dynamic environments, solution-oriented work style, and excellent communication skills. Preferred are good contacts with local authorities and experience in international contexts.
Required Qualifications
