Job Summary
Internal Auditor for Accor in Türkiye focused on leading scheduled internal audits and ad-hoc projects across Group entities under the supervision of the Head of Audit (based in Dubai), with emphasis on Turkish managed and owned hotels. Responsibilities include assessing design and operational effectiveness of controls, safeguarding of assets, compliance, and efficiency of operations in line with the Annual Audit Plan; assist in planning engagements for PME and LL properties; support governance training for hotel operations and finance teams; monitor fieldwork, review work programs and reports, and deliver audit outcomes tailored to auditees. Maintain knowledge of Group policies, ensure confidentiality, and comply with IIA/ISA standards; assist in preparing Board deliverables and participate in the WW Internal Audit Team Community as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Audit, or related field, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in hotel operations or top-tier consultancies, and proficiency in English (Turkish/French preferred). Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA) are advantageous; strong data analytics, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Audit, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience within Hotel Operation or Big 4 firm, reputable consultancy, or relevant industry environment
- Proficiency in English is required; Turkish and/or French language skills are preferred
