Job Summary
Conduct and lead audits of moderate to high risk and complexity to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and adequacy of operational controls. Participate in audit scoping, risk assessment, and data analysis to identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities. Document findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results orally and in writing to management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, prior audit experience, and advanced English and Spanish proficiency. This role involves on-site work at the Sumaré plant four days a week with up to 20% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting related areas
- Experience as an Internal or External Auditor
- Strong experience in Finance and/or Accounting areas
- Experience performing audit testing, risk mapping, control assessments, and report preparation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced English and Spanish level (reading, speaking, listening and writing)
- Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M plant in Sumaré
- Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working as an Auditor in a Big 4 company
- Professional accounting certifications including the CIA, CPA or CMA
- Working knowledge of statistical sampling methodologies
- Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis)
