Job Summary
Conduct internal audits and advisory work by independently planning, preparing, executing, and following up on audits in coordination with the Head of Internal Audit. Analyze and evaluate business processes and projects to identify improvement measures and provide actionable recommendations that enhance organizational objectives. Assist in optimizing and developing audit methodologies, procedures, and tools while building trust with stakeholders through transparent information flow. Requires a completed degree in Business Administration or Finance, 3–5 years of relevant audit experience, and excellent German and English language skills. Minimum annual gross salary is EUR 48,919.
Required Qualifications
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Internal Audit or External Audit
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
- Reliable with strong analytical thinking skills
- Assertive and confident personality
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently for business purposes
Desired Qualifications
- Affinity for IT; SAP knowledge is an advantage
