Job Summary
Junior Internal Auditor at Station Casinos responsible for performing regulatory, financial, operational, and special audits to assess compliance with governmental/regulatory requirements and company policies. Develops workpapers with sufficient evidential matter, communicates findings to audit management, and ensures practices conform to standards. Completes administrative reports, participates in training, and maintains organized work areas. Requires a four-year accounting degree from an AACSB-accredited institution, proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel (TeamMate+ a plus), strong communication and teamwork, and availability to work 25-28 hours weekly at Sunset Station or Red Rock Casino. Based in Las Vegas, NV.
Required Qualifications
- Completing a four-year degree in accounting from an AACSB-accredited college or university
- Experience in internal audit, accounting, banking, information technology auditing, or related areas (internships considered)
- Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of Internal Audit Management software is a plus (e.g., TeamMate+)
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively alone or in a team
- Ability to work at Sunset Station or Red Rock Casino as home base for projects
- Available for an average of 25-28 hours per week (7am-6pm window)
