Job Summary
Internal Auditor to join the Corporate Internal Audit team. Conduct financial and operational audits, test internal controls (SOX), and support annual Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting assessments. Deliver assurance and advisory services across global operations, develop process documentation, identify control improvements, and coordinate with external auditors. Requires strong communication, data analysis, and collaboration across multinational teams; travel up to 20% domestically or internationally. Office-based in The Woodlands, TX; visa sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical content to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to develop and recommend solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones is a plus
- Open-minded and culturally sensitive, with a well-structured, self-driven work approach and an innovation-focused mindset
- Over the long term, able and willing to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally
