Job Summary
Lead end-to-end internal audit for a fast-growing iGaming/tech group from the Melbourne office. Develop and execute a risk-based audit plan covering regulatory compliance, AML, gaming regulations, and data protection; supervise audit planning across finance and IT; conduct regulatory audits and deliver detailed reports with risk-rated remediation plans for boards and regulators; coordinate regulator submissions and stay ahead of evolving regulatory risks while promoting a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. Requires 7–10 years of audit or risk experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a relevant professional certification (CA/CPA or CIA). Strong written and verbal communication to translate complex audit findings for diverse stakeholders is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- relevant professional certification (CA/CPA, CIA, or equivalent)
- 7–10 years of internal audit or external audit and risk management experience
- experience with boards, senior management, external auditors, regulators
- deep knowledge of COSO and IIA Standards
