Job Summary
Conduct IT audit projects and consulting engagements to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and ensure information system controls and data accuracy. Perform walkthroughs and design testing of various IT business segments to conclude on design and operating effectiveness. Execute the audit plan as directed by the leader while collaborating with team members to support company goals. Interpret independent courses of action within established methodologies and budgeted timeframes. Requires a Bachelor's degree, less than three years of audit experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Full-time 40-hour schedule with occasional travel for training or meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Less than 3 years of audit experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
- Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Likes to focus on the 'big picture' and thrives in a fast paced, multi-project work environment
- Prior audit experience (e.g. creating audit work papers)
- Certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+ (or in process of obtaining)
